Moose Charities supports both Mooseheart Child City & School and Moosehaven Senior Living Community through many services and initiatives that enhance the lives of those in our care. The Members affiliated with the Virginia Moose Association are some of the most generous donors in the Country. With various ways to support Moose Charities, the Ohio Moose Association along with individual members from around our state have received recognition from Moose International.

Mooseheart is a residential childcare facility, located on a 1,000-acre campus 38 miles west of Chicago. The Child City is a home for children and teens in need, from infancy through high school.
Dedicated in July 1913 by the Moose fraternal organization, Mooseheart cares for youth whose families are unable, for a wide variety of reasons, to care for them.
Some have lost one or both parents; others are living in environments that are simply not conducive to healthy growth and development. Whatever the reason, the men and women of the Moose, through unparalleled generosity and volunteerism, furnish the resources necessary to care for children in need. The Moose fraternity provides children with a wholesome home-like environment and the best possible training and education.
Moosehaven is a private membership retirement community located on the banks of the St Johns River, in the heart of Orange Park, Florida. With a full range of programs and services, Moosehaven provides seniors 65 and older a comfortable and secure retirement option. Residents enjoy the benefits of social interaction and support services within a residential community that has served members of the Moose since 1922.
Donors Circle is a recognition program of Moose Charities honoring donors like you for tax-deductible Endowment Fund donations.
When you give to Donors Circle you earn beautiful heart and stone pins to commemorate each significant giving level. Your first pin is earned at $100.00.
The League of Guardians is an exceptional group of members, dedicated to making a difference in the lives of the children at Mooseheart and the seniors at Moosehaven.
Members of the League of Guardians are recognized in the Moose Magazine, on the Moose Charities website, and at the annual League of Guardians Recognition Dinner during the International Moose Convention.
When you and your spouse donate a total of $1000 or more throughout the fiscal year to Mooseheart, Moosehaven or Donors Circle you will be recognized in the League of Guardians!
