As provided for in the By Laws of the Ohio State Moose Association your lodge is being notified of the attached Proposed By Law Change.

The vote on this change will take place at the 96th Annual Convention of the Ohio State Moose Association to be held August 29, 2024 through August 31, 2024 at the Holiday Inn Cleveland South in Independence, Ohio.

Please be aware…only registered attendees from your lodge who have been registered as “delegates” (see the Ohio State Moose Association By Laws under “Delegates”) will be permitted to vote on the proposed changes.

The “By Laws Committee” will present this proposed change during their report to the attendees at the convention.
